Official invoices can be issued when payment is received, ORIGINAL are sent together with the parts delivery if request.

LOGISTIC SERVICES

*Air Shipment: 
We work with world-wide logistic companies to arrange either air shipment or sea shipment, we have strong Customs-clearance capability to avoid any Customs issues.

*Express Companies:
we work with the branded express companies, such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT and etc, no matter you have their account or not, we can arrange delivery with them so as to ensure the delivery promptly.

*Economic Express:
Through HONGKONG, we can arrange the international express delivery for cost saving, that can reduce almost 30% of the freight, though it takes around 2 days more. It is good for small amount purchasing.

*Russia/Ukraine Delivery:
We have our own channel to deliveyr the parts to Russia/Ukgraine smoothly with very short time less than 2weeks.
AFTER SERVICE Returns: Though we provide long warranty term, in case there is any quality problem, as soon as complaint is received, we will take action promptly to find out the rootcause, and RMA & Corective report will be issued within 2days. Returns/replacement/refund can be finished within 3days.
